Therapeutic Exercise
Ultimately, MOVEMENT is the best medicine for most of the injuries & pain we treat. With certifications in strength & conditioning, our DPT’s prescribe exercises that compliment the manual therapy to allow for a faster recovery.
Sports Manual Therapy
Yes, we can “pop” your neck… Our Doctors of Physical Therapy are Fellowship trained, the highest level of credentialing in sports manual therapy. With spinal & joint manipulation, we target specific segments to allow your body to move optimally. In conjunction with our sports soft tissue massage, this will set the stage for faster healing & greater mobility.
Dry Needling & Cupping
Dry needling is a technique designed to help treat musculoskeletal or myofascial pain. It involves inserting a small needle into specific areas or ‘trigger points.’ The results are often immediate and noticeable improvements in both pain, range of motion, and you ability to move.
Patients undergo cupping therapy for many purposes, including to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage.
